Cake Bread
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 3 hours | Servings: 2 lb loaf
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 Cups Water (warm)
- 60g warm butter
- 3 Cups Bread Flour
- 1 Cup Yellow Cake Mix
- 4 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Bread Machine Yeast
- 1/4 cup tutti frutti (optional)
Instructions
- Add ingredients to the bread machine in the order they are listed.
- Add 1/4 cup tutti frutti if you have some.
- Set the machine setting to white bread.
- Cool on a wire rack for at least an hour.
- Slice the bread.
Notes
Since it does not have preservatives, keep it in refrigerator. Made for bread machine.
