Cake Bread

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 3 hours | Servings: 2 lb loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 Cups Water (warm)
  • 60g warm butter
  • 3 Cups Bread Flour
  • 1 Cup Yellow Cake Mix
  • 4 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Bread Machine Yeast
  • 1/4 cup tutti frutti (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to the bread machine in the order they are listed.
  2. Add 1/4 cup tutti frutti if you have some.
  3. Set the machine setting to white bread.
  4. Cool on a wire rack for at least an hour.
  5. Slice the bread.

Notes

Since it does not have preservatives, keep it in refrigerator. Made for bread machine.
